Afternoon Tea in Scotland

When I lived in London, I had afternoon tea twice. It wasn't until I was in Scotland, however, that I had a proper afternoon tea at the Inverlochy Castle Hotel. I cannot recommend this place enough and if my pictures alone don't sell you on the place - then you will just have to visit it for yourself!

When we arrived to the beautiful castle, we were taken into the tea room which has this antique/vintage vibe. I immediately felt underdressed because of how nice this place was but it was an unforgettable experience. Best afternoon tea I've ever had!

How to get there: We were based in Fort William, which is about an 8 minute drive to Inverlochy Castle Hotel, so it made it easy to get there. If you are coming from the opposite side of Fort William, just google maps it and it will take you straight there.

How much does it cost: £25 depending on which afternoon tea you decide to get

Do you need to make reservations?: We did, just because we weren't sure how busy it was going to be. Better safe than sorry!
